A Stitcher's Retreat Sample Schedule

NOTE: This schedule is only offered to provide a general idea of our schedules. Schedules definitely vary depending on the location. For example, we do not always do an ice breaker event the first night. All stitchers who register are provided schedules specific to the retreat they are attending.

SAMPLE SCHEDULE FOR RETREATS WITH TWO TEACHERS

FIRST DAY OF RETREAT

• 4:00-5:30 Check-in
• 6:30 Dinner if group seating is used /5:30-8:00 Dinner seating if meals served in restaurant
• 8:00 The Shop at A Stitcher's Retreat opens for first time

SECOND DAY OF RETREAT

• 7:30-9:00 Breakfast
• 9:00-12:00 Three hour class with teacher of your choice (classes are filled first come, first serve)
• 12:00 The Shop at A Stitcher's Retreat open
  
• OPTION I
• 1:00-5:30 Free time to sightsee or relax and enjoy the retreat location
  
• OPTION II (Additional fee required. Registration can be made upon the initial retreat registration or at any time thereafter.)
• 1:00-2:00 Lunch
• 2:00-4:00 Two hour optional class with the teacher of your choice
• 4:00-6:00 Free time to sightsee or relax and enjoy the retreat location
  
• 6:00 Dinner if group seating is used /6:00-8:00 Dinner seating if meals served in restaurant
• 7:30 or 8:00 (depending on meal seatings) Entertainment (Concert or lecture)
• 9:00 The Shop at A Stitcher's Retreat open

THIRD DAY OF RETREAT

• 7:30-9:00 Breakfast
• 9:15-11:30 Round robin sessions (Separate classes, one with each teacher. Stitchers remain in their classrooms while the teachers rotate from room to room.)
• 11:45 Closing/Door prizes
• 12:00 Check-out
• 12:15 The Shop at A Stitcher's Retreat open
