Musical Entertainment

The duo Chazz (with retreat favorite Tom Sheidt and bandmate Kimberly) gave an energetic and entertaining performance.

A Stitcher's Retreat--one of the few places you can see a man in a kilt playing an electric guitar!

Doorprizes

Cecilia Turner of Heart in Hand Needleart was present to help throughout the retreat. Here she is handing out rolls of fabric which were donated as doorprizes.

Two attending stitchers, Shelley Glockner and Cathy Sheehan of Massachusetts, are notable for two different reasons. Of their own accord they arranged a doorprize gift of maple syrup from friends who own Hardwick Sugar Shack in Hardwick, Massachusetts. Hardwick Sugar Shack also donated a piece of maple candy for the goodie bags given to all attending stitchers. In addition, Shelley and Cathy attended BOTH retreats we held in 2003! They are pictured receiving thank you gifts from retreat organizer Randy Turner.
