Maureen Appleton of The Heart's Content was a

Stitcher's Retreat! While we certainly missed Betsy Stinner of Earth Threads,
who was unable to attend the
Oregon Retreat due to a family emergency, we had a fabulous
time!

The Location
Salishan Lodge was a beautiful, secluded location for
this retreat on the Oregon coast. All of the rooms at Salishan Lodge have fireplaces. The view from one of the rooms. Salishan's grounds are expertly maintained.
Dining
Even lunch included lovely views of the grounds. A more formal dinner was held in the Salishan Dining
Room. The stitcher on the left broke the record for the
farthest amount ever travelled
to attend one of our retreats. Jane is from Edinburgh in the
U.K.! She is seated with Frossie,
who traveled no little distance herself, as she is from
Hawaii!
